Unfortunately, the product didn't fit my mother, and despite reaching out to the seller, I was informed that no replacement or size exchange was available.What's more disappointing is the unhelpful response from Amazon's customer care service. The executive I spoke with was rude and uncooperative, leaving me with no solution.As a loyal Amazon customer for over 10+ years, I'm shocked by the poor service I've received. The seller's inflexible policy and Amazon's inability to assist me have resulted in a wasted ₹2000.I strongly advise against purchasing this product, as it may have fitting issues, and the seller & Amazon Customer Service is unresponsive.
