Vials are not filled
I am very disappointed that the vials were only about 1/4 full. There is less than 0.3g per vial. You would expect that there would be some settling in each vial, however it is obvious they were underfilled to begin with. At this price, I would hope that you would get enough of the product to see if it is really effective.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS VENDOR
Unfortunately I had not read through the reviews before I purchased. I concur that a good portion (most) of the vials are half or 1/3 filled. And I don't the quality. It feels a little scratchy when I apply it with any of my creams. Hopefully there is nothing dangerous in this product as I can't read the ingredients in Chinese!
