Q: Can I set this up with auto-off for one of the plugs - can I set it up so that if I manually turn on a plug, it will also turn off 20 mins later?

I don't think so... it has scheduled on and off times and manual override including brightness but not able to switch off after a set time. Maybe someone knows how to do this but not in the tcp app or via Google home control

What did you mean by prolonged periods? Most of our electronic gadgets and appliances at home are plugged to a TCP. Like chargers, Dyson Hoover charger, Dyson Fan, Portable Heaters.

Q: Can Amazon supply EU plug as well?

I don't know, but why not get a UK to EU adapter?
