This was so easy to use - no additional materials needed to press on the wax before pulling off (i.e. fabric or paper strips). The cleanup is a breeze compared to other waxes I’ve used. I can’t believe I’ve been using other products for so long! I always put off waxing because it’s always been such a hassle! Other waxes have to be heated in a microwave so you never know whether it’s too hot or not. This is so easy to just plug in & wait a few minutes. Love the scent of the wax I used also. And the best part of all is that it’s virtually painless! I’m not sure how this is possible, but it doesn’t hurt like it has when I’ve used other waxes. This is the best waxing product I’ve ever used.

The machine melts the wax well and is easy to use but I’m not in love with the wax itself. It’s kind of awkward to pull on just was without the strip, maybe I just need to put more on so I have something to pull but I think strips would make this easier. I also didn’t find that it pulled the hair out well enough - granted my lip hairs air pretty thin now but there were enough left behind that I had to just pluck them. Pretty disappointing results but I think better wax and some stops to pull should help

So after having the wax machine for a year. It broke! It would not turn on when I plugged it in. It worked the couple of times prior, so it wasn’t being over used. Long term I would not recommend. Like people say. When it works, it’s great!

This was my first waxing experience and I loved it so much. The wax warmer is very easy to use and the result is just amazing. I highly recommend it.
