Really works! We were skeptical but got large chunks of wax out of my 4 year olds ear when nothing else worked! Used the solution for 15 minutes and then rinsed up to 10 times and wax started pouring out. Would definitely recommend!

Its good and works. It just didn't work very well for my two year old since he wouldn't sit still and is a light sleeper so I couldn't do it while he was sleeping. Just wish it was a little faster acting but good for my 4 year old.

I buy all family and household items on Amazon - and am ashamed to admit that I very rarely leave a review just because of the sheer number of items we get. That said, I feel compelled to leave a review for this amazing product. I followed the instructions and successfully removed the most foul-smelling, revolting amount of ear wax from my child’s ear. We regularly go to the ENT to have his ears cleaned because he produces an excessive amount of wax. We are currently only 1.5 months out from our last ENT visit, and already his ear was was starting to stink. I’m so thankful that this product worked and saved us a bonus trip to the doctor. I also want to mention that I ordered this last night, received it today, and the problem was solved within 20 minutes after receiving the item. He could actually feel the wax detaching from his ear canal. I highly recommend this product.

Missing the product inside the package. Only received the dropper and bulb. And nothing else.

It was very easy to use and although the problem was more than the solution could fix, it ease the discomfort.

I like that it's specifically for kids! This type of product for kids is impossible to find! It not only dissolves the ear wax, but also any dead skin, as well as contains oil to prevent more waxy build up! This is what I needed instead of 1 product to dissolve and another product to clean and oil to KEEP clean! This is the ONLY product that does all 3 and for children!!! So technically you do get your money's worth considering BUT it is a little expensive at almost $20 for the tiny bottle. It does work tho...my son has an enormous amount of wax DAILY and q-tips CANNOT b used...#1 bc his wax is way too sticky for cotton q-tips besides the fact that #2 they shouldn't b used anyways! All they do is push wax in deeper & Drs advise not to use them especially on children! My son gets ear infections a lot so to find something that helps clean them out, keep them clean and is gentle is a lifesaver! We were able to go 2 weeks before I noticed more wax which is unbelievable for my son!!! Love this product!!

I’ve been using debrox for my kid who has impacted earwax and it never works! It never takes the old dark ones though. But, With this one, I only used once and twice in the left ear and it worked! I do recommend a different bulb water cleaner though. I used the tri stream tip syringe I bought from Walgreens for rinsing. i do highly recommend it!
