Overall, the ball is great. The idea behind this is great for handling multiple leashes, collars, remotes at once and not needed to also hold a ball. The magnets are strong and the ball stays put. My male used it once and the rope tore right into strands. I did contact the company and they replaced the ball no questions. I am very pleased with the customer service. Overall, I would order again.

I’m happy with the product but not to happy with how long it lasted. One of the magnets fell out as the stiching was not secure. I could not find it on the field. The sting then came apart from the ball after a few throws. I did not play hard tug with this ball but I didn’t expect the string to break so soon

The item arrived in my mail box with the rope sticking out and the magnets missing. There is some sort of black substance all over the box. This is unacceptable. Had I been able to give no stars I would have.

This product is very low quality. It is made from very cheap materials. My dog destroyed it. Don't waste your money.
