I use these weights to give myself knee therapy as wearing them around my ankles and dangling my legs off the edge of a table for ten minutes a day loosens my knee joints and relieves my arthritis. Seriously, it really does, I got the idea off a youtube video and to my amazement it actually works. I have been using a couple of 3kg dumb bells strapped to my legs which is awkward and cumbersome, if effective but now I have these comfortable soft weights which are much more convenient. The weights are made of very sturdy fabric with strong straps fastened by good velcro. I used them today and they were a pleasure to use.

They’re a good weight for me to do my quad & glute exercises. However, they’re quite chunky & slide down until they cover my whole ankle& part of my foot. Can marginally impede movement but a good workout product overall. If they were more compact, that would be great.

Bought 2 sets of weights but needed to exchange one, for a lower weight. Buyer is responsible for paying return postage and that’s more than the value of the purchase! Shameful!

Although I was very annoyed because of a typo I made when inputting the address and sending to to my neighbours, when I finally got the package every bad feeling I had was washed away because of the great quality of the product.
