This product arrived quickly with the correct embroidery and color (red hat with white letters) I felt the quality was very good and not cheap. It looked great. It should last for our regular home use purposes. Professional daily use and washing all the time I wouldn’t be able to say, but if you are buying it as a gift for a home chef, chef family member ,party, or small business outfit or you have a BBQ trailer or something like that...it’s perfect. It is adjustable to fit any head size.

The hat is very nice. It has a Velcro enclosure in the back. When I was ordering this item, I had it personalized for my daughter. I had no idea what I was doing when I made my options. You cannot see a preview of the graphics before ordering. I imagined what I wanted and it came pretty close to what I had envisioned. The letters are a little larger than I would have liked, but it’s still ok.

So cute, especially when it’s personalized. Bought this for my son as a gift and he loves it. It’s adjustable ,so it fits well and is comfortable. In case your wondering about size he wears a 7 3/4 fitted hat and this chefs hat fits! I could see this hat used professionally but my son has a sense of humor so it’s personalized and the embroidery is really nice. The best part was you can choose the style of lettering.

I cannot say enough how great the customer service was. Our original order was received with several “grease” spots on it.
