Keyless Entry Remote Key Fob - 4 Button

Easy install.. worked like a charm

Had a link to program instructions. Programing was fairly simple. ended up ordering an additional remote.

I give it 4 stars because I’m happy with it for the price. The buttons started fading after 2 months of use. Also when I first purchased it would work at a distance of around 10-15 ft. Now it only works when I’m right next to my vehicle. Despite those things im happy since it still works and it was pretty cheap.

Read to the bottom. The first paragraph does not reflect reality, but may help others who are experiencing difficulty.I programmed the fob. Confirmed it worked while I was in the truck. Started walking towards my house and it didn't work. I thought maybe I didn't 'end' the programming correctly, so I did it again. No joy. I replaced the battery and re-re-re-programmed it. Still no joy. It works if you are within 2 feet of the truck. Is the antenna broken? Did I get a lemon? Inquiring minds want to know...Well this sucks :) Normally, I don't review, but I did this time and I got egg on my face.After programming the remote, the range sucked. But so did the range on the original remote. Even after fresh batteries. Maybe it wasn't the remote!Googling about, I found a thread on a Chevy Avalanche board about this guy that was also having remote range issues. Discussion back and forth pointed to a bunch of third-party wiring for off road lights and stuff.I don't have anything like that, but I do have a 'Nulaxy KM29' bluetooth adapter plugged into the 'cigarette lighter.'I yanked that puppy out and now both the original remote and this one have reasonable range.Bumping my rating to 5. This remote does exactly what I needed.

Couldn't be happier with the ease of programming.I would order again when needed.

There are occasions where I don’t think it sends the signal the first time I push the button, to be fair however I don’t know if it’s the truck or the remote
