I have been taking this for a few weeks now mainly for my gray hairs and it's still too early to see any difference but I will tell you that my nails are better! Lately they've been splitting but after taking this supplement, they've stopped. Since that seems to be working, I'm holding out hope that it will also work on my hair. I do think I have less shedding since I started taking this. It's recommended to take with food and I would have to agree. I did try it on an empty stomach and while it was ok, I tried it with a meal and felt a lot better. I think to really see results, you need to give it a few months.
