This hat is well constructed (in China), with Gore-tex water and wind proof fabric. Back of the hat adjustment is neat- no obvious buckle. No adjustment opening at back to let in cold air for us folicularly challenged. Downside of the design is it will NOT expand to fit extra large heads. Fits my size 7 1/8 bald head neatly, with a little extra room to spare. Fabric is thin, so for a bald guy standing around the useful temp range is 50F - 75F. I would like it a lot more if it had some insulation value- wanted for north country fall and spring when temps are often in the 40's.If you want it for work outs: good for cooler weather workouts, but too warm In summer - a simple nylon cap will do to keep the rain off your face and dry out quickly. Not warm enough for a casual cooler weather cap. Pretty pricey, but Gore is a quality brand. I bought mine "used" from Amazon for a 25% discount. Still had the tags on it.

Lightweight, Stylish, Comfortable, Well ventilated, Rainproof with a good sweatband capability.

Just flat out too small for most men over 5’ 8”. Would be great for smaller people since it is very well made. The manufacturer should really take not here and offer a larger size option. The “one size fits all” is a lie.

Cool-looking hat! As a female with a sort of small (ish?) head, I was concerned about the unisex OSFA claim, but felt reassured by all the reviews saying it wasn’t good for bigger heads. I figured that meant it ran small—alas, it’s too big for me. The band to tighten/expand it is really short, and doesn’t have nearly enough differential to market to all genders and claim it fits all sizes.

This seems to be a well made hat and is certainly waterproof, but the sweatband does not wick away sweat and the sweat just drips down over your forehead.

I lost my old waterproof hat and bought this as a replacement. It was a bit pricey, but it does a great job of keeping my head dry while out in the rain. I'm not crazy about the large Gore across the front, but I'm more concerned about function. The adjustability of the hat makes it an easy fit. I recommend the hat if you are looking for a waterproof baseball/running style hat.
