Perfect additive for my oatmeal
I bought this to mix in with my oatmeal to give a boost of nutrition. The flakes makes mixing in easy and they cook fast. The taste and texture is nice.

A good little product to keep on hand
Adding a little protein here and there, overnight oats, morning coffee. I probably haven't scratched the surface of what can be done with this product. A good size to start with, but seems a little pricey, so I'll check around. Fresh out of the package. I keep in the fridge after opening (which I'm not sure if it needs to be, but keeps it fresher - iThink!)

Use like oastmeal
Purchase to use in place of oats for a healthier option. Have baked with them and microwaved and they are good.

This is a great replacement for oats. I’ve been making granola with it!

Wonderful Flakes
The quinoa flakes are so light & easy to prepare . I started eating them instead of oatmeal. Good protein . I also give them to my new rescue poodle . I cook for her, so I give her the quinoa flakes as her grain along with veggies and meat . Try them .!!😋

Organic? Beware of possible harmful chemical.
I bought organic thinking it would be clean. I did not try this because on the package is a warning about a chemical. I inquired. I received a reply but it basically was a standard response that clarified nothing. I threw the product away. I will not buy from this company. It’s possible it’s safe and it’s possible it tastes good, but I’m not thrilled with this warning on an organic food label. Too bad. I really wanted to try it as a substitute for oatmeal.

No cooking directions on package, why?!
If you don't write cooking directions (and ratio of water to flakes for different quantities) on the package but you do write the chromosomal makeup of the owners, something is messed up with your priorities.Quinoa flakes are always great. These are too.

So tasty!
I love this product and use it to make pan fried halibut all the time. We now prefer this over panko bread crumbs :) and it's healthier too!
