I had a major surgery and during physio I tweaked my left knee and it used to hurt really bad. So bad that if the pain starts in the middle of the night it would wake me up from my sleep.I was recommended to take these for 6 months along with collagen type 2 and it has really helped in reducing the pain drastically. I would recommend it for everyone. Please consult an orthopedic doctor with regards to the duration.

I like the product. Better worked for me. Yet I want the product with the shell/rack life not longer back to 1 or 2 year. I want only recently developed one. Please

Though I am taking this product regularly with other supplements for the health of my knee joints but this too seems effective in reducing pain and improving mobility.

When I received the product, I found that sticker were smartly kept so as to hide expiry date.Product was manufactured 2 years back.And expiry is of approx. 3 years.Personally I feel anything more than 6 month old not good for human consumption.So it's a big red flag.

I've been using this on and off for about 9 mnths for ligament injury. It has been helpful.I want to point out that many reviewers have pointed that they got less no. of capsules. Well, I counted this time as I wanted to be sure. I got 63 capsules

Perfect for external application as 2% serum. I mixed 10 of the capsule contents with 49ml of water and mixed it well. Left the solution covered overnight and discovered it turned into a gel! I then mixed half a tea spoon of pure vegetable glycerine and stored this gel in an amber bottle. I have been using this gel since 2 weeks and it has been very hydrating! Remember to sprinkle some water on the skin post applying though - this will plump the skin and prevent water loss.Highly recommend investing in a nano spray bottle to spray water on the skin post application. ☺Again, 2% is all you need. Anything more isn't really much effective. I also mix this serum with Niacinamide and essential oils - it's turning out to be a godsent!

I took this due to my dry skin and after a month or so it’s a lot better. I don’t know about joints and stuff.
