Pottle Pig

Pottle Pig is a very naughty pig who lives in a comfortable sty. He gets up to all sorts of adventures, like going to market, refusing to get out of the farm pond and going to school.Each chapter is a complete story which are very good for bedtime for slightly older children as they take about 10 minutes to read.I loved this book as a child and have bought it for my neice, who loves it. She's seven. The stories are funny and charming. The lovely thing about this book is it can read aloud to groups of children of different ages or read by children who are improving their reading. I will be reading this story to my daughter when she is older. It's a firm family favourite.
