The media could not be loaded. This machine is very sturdy and perfect for atta kneeding for making chappatti, bread and for extracting butter from the curd. Diffrent south indian item like Noolputtu mixing, Puttu mixing we are regularly using it. The power cord is European Schuko standard. You have to get an Schuko to Indian standard adaptor from Amazon. Body of the machine is metal and a very small induced voltage will be present at the body which can give you a mild electric shock if you don't use a proper adaptor with ground.

the machine itself is brilliant..difficult to get better, or better reputation. HOWEVER, as delivered, it seems dangerous: when it came and was plugged in it gave you a real electric shock wherever you touched it. Thinking this was a one-off, I asked for a replacement. Same problem. It is simply not safe to use as is.I see that other customers have encountered the same problem, and that one seems to have rectified it. The plug as on the machine delivered is 2 pin, ie without earthing. It seems to be an original plug but I find it difficult to believe that Kenwood would supply a metal machine without earthing. So it may have been the importer who changed it from the UK 3 square pin. I just do not know, and have had no response from the seller or to questions already raised. It is very disheartening when a seller ignores justified complaints and queries from a customer who has spent a lot of money on a premium product.I do not want to void any warranty by myself changing the plug fitted. I guess I will have to return this one unless the seller gets in touch.

Been using it for almost a month now. I find the parts Saturday and the machine works in a nice steady hum. Not loud n jerky. All my bakes, have come out beautifully with it. Capacity big enough to whip up the eggs for meringue. Its a beautiful machine and I’m glad I bought it.

The media could not be loaded. It is small as there is no provision for jars. Only Mixing is possible. It also shocks as the Euro pin has no earthing. The travel convert don't work here as the machine's plug has no earth pin as a projection. It's flat. So just cut a wire and fill in the socket and felt the other end of the wire in such a way the earth point in the plug is touched. It's a tight fit, so no need to worry that it will come out etc.. the other option is to cut the cable socket and put an Indian socket, there are 3 wire in the cable. Meaning there is a phase, neutral and earth. So no problem. Only problem for me , was the originality will go..so did this.. All the best..people 👍

Product has come in Diwali but I'm unable to open the product because installation guy has not come for demo..If I open the product then warranty is void..It was A gift foe my wife ..I think it would have been better to purchase from a nearby store..atleast I could catch hold of the store for the installation..it was a diwali downer for me

This comes with European plug which looks like indian 2pin.there are so many reviews stating shock.it needs a convertion plug which costed around 550rs.available in amazon.mx conversion plug.after that no shock issues.Tried bread and cake turned out well and very easy to use.

I bought this one for my son to gift him on his birthday. The order was delivered as promised and gifted my son on his birthday. He was so excited to see this mixer as he was seriously in need of this one. He could not wait to open. The moment he started using this mixer he was severely electrocuted and he suffered so deeply. The whole family started crying and the britday happiness did not last long.This whole machine was passing through the electricity and could not touch anything.We returned this machine and the sad part is that neither the Kenwood brand nor Amazon made an attempt to reach us. Not even a Sorry.
