Nice combination of styles
I liked this book. It hits on what I think are the key aspects for healthy aging. A lot of work went into this book and it pays off. This really could be the only book a person needs to maintain a strong healthy body. Illustrations are simple but effective.

Great method to strenghtening your whole body in a healthy way
I have been weight training for several years, but recently I started to feel bodyweight was no longer the way, specially after learning exercises from Yoga and Qi Gong (it's worth nothing that the autor is involved in martial arts, wich was originally a branch of Qi Gong). I looked for an alternative method and I found Isoplex. The method has been carefully put together to promote an overall performance of the body. The author emphasizes the idea of doing exercise to improve physical condition and in turn promote health. Health is the key word here, strenghtening the body instead of exhausting it like other training methods do.This is not only a program but almost an encyclopedic compilation of isometric (muscle building), plyometric (power and cardio) and flexiometric (stretching for flexibility) exercises. The layout of the pages is not the best but this is only a minor complaint. In the other hand, the illustrations are surprisingly clear, and there's one for every single exercise.Great method, great book. Fully recomended.

Excellent book
This is a gem. Well explained, complex, enjoyable. Funnily, through experimentation I have come up with a similar training method (isometrics-bodyweight-plyometrics-yoga combo) but the book has catapulted my training to another level.
