This Exerise Sliders have mulity function on core muscle trainning. this could also help to enhance coordination of whole body. You could us It on Carpet and Hard floors. and have different color option, I have chosen my favourite green.

I would have initially given these a low rating as they did not slide on my carpet. Applying furniture polish to the plastic has made a vast improvement to the point that they may now slide too well.

Fun to use but be careful!!!

Don't work on carpets very well

Very versatile exercise discs from Lyou.The discs are well made and these particular discs have been supplied in vibrant pink,not exactly my colour,but notwithstanding the colour failure,this is a good product.The discs have 2 sides a felt side that is non-slip and allows you to do exercises like press ups.The other side is shiny gloss pink and slides about very effectively on a carpet surface.The discs are supllied with their own string net carry case,which makes them a very portable keep fit item.My only complaint is that these should really be accompanied by an exercise leaflet,showing you the most common exercises to do with this product,which is why i've deducted 1 star.The exercises are widely available on the internet,however you shouldn't have to resort to this.

Despite my initial scepticism, I am impressed with these discs. They come in a neat draw bag and are small enough to slip into a travel bag.The grip-side is effective in holding your feet/hands in place, whilst the slippy side moves easily across carpet and laminate floors, allowing a range of core-strengthening exercises to be performed.There are no instructions provided, and I considered taking a star off because of this - but just Google "exercise discs" and you'll easily find routines to try.

This make sense in principle, but unless you're as supple as an eel I'd advise caution at all times as they can make your limbs slide off in strange directions!! They seem to glide across both laminate and carpet with consummate ease and come complete with a drawstring travel bag, so ideal for travel and exercising in hotel rooms.So, if you're a twangy pearl, enjoy this relatively inexpensive piece of exercise equipment and if you're not, caution is required.

We have tested these sliders at home for some knee tucks, lunges, "mountain climber moves" and arm slides and we found them to be stable and useful to help strengthen the core and joints and to improve strength and flexibility both to prevent injuries or to train after an injury.It has worked on different surfaces e.g. carpet, hardwood and tiles. They also works on exercise mat materials, but are slowed down compared to hard surfaces - which might be good for beginners as we found that slider exercises are not that straight forward to get started with.The appearance of these LYOU sliders is vibrant and colourful and they are compact and light and do not weigh down the bag whether you're on the way to the gym or going on a trip.We like these and think they are of good quality.
