Is the mask like a conditioner?

From what I have read and watched on the conditioned, yes, it is intended to be used as a conditioner. like the shampoo it is very very pigmented and best to start off with the shortest amount of time and work your way up until you find the amount of time best for you. hope this helps. I am currently waiting for my mask. This line is fantastic. no more brassy hair for me!

What is the difference between the mask and the shampoo? Do you need both?

The shampoo has sulfates, which help deposit the color onto the hair. The mask is a nice addition to the shampoo for conditioning and added toning, but is not as strongly pigmented at the shampoo.

Is it supposed to be blue?

The one I received is blue too. Honestly I’m terrified to use it. Definitely was expecting it to be purple like the shampoo. Can anyone else help us with this!

I have gray hair and have black streaks done. Does anyone know if it is safe on the color?

Dont think it would do anything to the darker color. I have blond highlights and the parts of my hair that are not blond are not affected in any way by this.
