THE PRICE IS WORTH IT= I AM MIXING THIS UP HOT IN A MUG AND IT TASTES INCREDIBLY SMOOTH AND SWEET. WHAT I MEANT BY THE IMAGINARY LINE IS IN REGARDS TO HAVING AN ADDICTION TO SOMETHING GENERALLY MEANS A PERSON NEEDS MUCH MORE OF THE SUBSTANCE AND THE DESIRE FOR IT HAS GOTTEN DANGEROUS AND OUT OF CONTROL. I HAVE BEEN SOBER FOR QUITE A FEW 24 HOURS, BUT THIS PRODUCT IS GREAT ALONE OR WITH COFFEE, AS WELL AS ICED IN A BLENDER. I RECOMMEND THIS TO ALL MY FAMILY AND ASSOCIAYES, ENJOY!

Do not buy this product! It does not taste anything like eggnog! As soon as I opened the package all I could smell was chemicals! I wish I would have stopped there but my mom and I tried it anyway. The best way I could describe it would be as if I took all the cleaners from under my sink, warmed them up and put nutmeg in it.I had read other reviews before I bought this and thought 1. couldn't be that bad 2. this for my mom who smokes. maybe it won't taste so bad to her. Wrong! If she could taste chemicals, it is bad. Please people, don't make the mistake I did. After trying this crap I found a lot of super easy recipes on the internet for eggnog. I will be a lot cheeper and taste a million times better, not to mention you will know exactly what you are drinking!

I really, really cannot understand anyone giving less than 5 stars to this product. For us eggnog fanatics, it's a long, long time between January and the next October, because there is ZERO eggnog in stores throughout that time. I was looking online for eggnog that could be shipped throughout the year and found this powder mix. Thought I'd give it a try, but didn't have high hopes, as there are even liquid egg nogs I don't like as much as others. Well, was I surprised! I honestly think the eggnog reconstituted from this powder is as good or actually even better than the best eggnog sold at holiday season! I think they got the spices just right, and it mixes up perfectly. Only trouble: Highly Addictive! Please try this and love it like I did, so they never stop making it.

Eggnog is my favorite holiday beverage, but it’s not generally available outside the holiday season. I had hoped this would fill the gap. It sort of does, but the taste isn’t quite right. It’s good, but it’s not eggnog.

REALLY needs you to use milk and a blender, or a shaker bottle, but it's pretty dang good!To get smooth results while making it cold, I suggest mixing it in milk, letting it sit an hour or more, then shaking again before drinking, so that they cold milk can "soak" the granules fully!

This is a good tasting eggnog,that coming from an eggnog lover,my best buddy. He wanted some eggnog and we agreed that some would be nice but it's not in the stores yet. "Oh man". I told him I would see if I could find some and found this mix,best price,good taste. He'll be here tomorrow and I think we need to make some eggnog shakes over the weekend. We love that 8 year old grandson,he's my velcro kid(never far away from Papa).

I wish I could have sampled it before commiting to 4 pounds of powder. The package came partially opened and without a box or bag, just a shipping label stuck completely over the mixing instructions. In 23 years of ordering from Amazon I think this is the first time I've seen this. I know most people would have sent it back or worried about contamination - I just don't care anymore. It tasted like Coffee mate with nutmeg sprinkled in. It's not sweet at all and after following the directions for mixing it was a chore to consume. Time to try another brand to help me through this season of nonog.

Tried this for the first time and was pleasantly surprised. Made this using milk and it tasted just like the ones served at fast food restaurants during the holidays but without the excuse of "the machine is out of order" Ha! Now we can enjoy this whenever we want ..the kids are going to love this!
