Wow! I have been taking this supplement for 8 days alongside the fish oil capsules and my joints have never felt better. This supplement has been much more effective that glucosamine alone - which I previously tried from another brand. My ankles no longer click as much, and when I wake up my knees are no longer stiff and they are feeling better by the day. I feel my joints are now ready for the demands of weight lifting again!! This is definitely the best supplement I have tried for joints, and will continue to take this long term because nothing gives me this much relief. I have previously been prescribed a strong naproxen anti-Inflammatory - however this came with many side effects and I much prefer a natural medicine. 5*

I have been a keeping fit for the past 15 years with lots of running included. However, I have had to give up my running the past year due to severe plantar fasciitis soreness in my heels/feet. I tried everything: stretching exercises, resting my feet, adding more healthy fats to my diet, wearing supportive soft shoes, etc. But nothing seemed to help. I read up on Glucosamine as a potential beneficial supplement for joints (I used to take it in the past when weight lifting) and decided to give it a go. Within 2-3 weeks I have felt a noticeable improvement in my heel, whereby I can endure long 2-3 hour walks and hikes without too much discomfort (I still get the morning soreness, but that soon subsides) and I do not the dull aching sensation in my feet after doing walks and general exercise. I will definitely buy again when I have finished this bottle. (NOTE: I have only taken one capsule per day rather than the stated two per day dose, so I could up the dose but I always prefer to err on the side of frugality with supplements. I do also take Omega-3 capsules (also from Nu U) so this might also be having some beneficial effects on my feet. Bear that in mind).

I’ve been taking these capsules for the last 5 years and they’ve worked wonderfully. Last month I’m not sure if they’ve changed the ingredients in some way but they had a horrible taste and I was unable to take them. Not sure if it was a one off bad batch or if it’s permanent but I’ve changed to a different brand.

I've left it a while before writing this review, I've been having knee & joint pain for about 2-3 months & knew I needed to buy some thing to help, I read the reviews for this product & was still a bit sceptical but thought I'd give them a try, the order arrived in the post just as I was going to have lunch so took 2 straight away, I then had a nap (as I'm on morphine & get very tired) on waking I got up & went downstairs & realised I was pain free!! Yep, honestly....... that quick, they didn't seem as "puffy" the stinging pains gone, since taking them, about 10 days now, I've had hardly a twinge. I will definately be buying these on a regular basis & 100% recommend to anyone having joint pain, I've stopped using knee strap supports, stop using volterole, stop taking naproxen daily & use it maybe once a week instead x this product has made a fabulous change to my daily comfort & pain level x try them, you won't regret it

Great product at a fair price. I like the comprehensive make up of the product. This is a great product that brings together all the key players in joint management. Easy to take and it has helped my joints, I'm moving much better now. The product is well package and delivery was very fast. I have taken it for more than a month and have seen a vast improvement.

I purches this product because I have heard about it for a few years. I have tried it but because my health is not good an not keep up with a good diet I don't it work that well plus it been a long time. Just by chance looking for health product I comacros this brand so I thought I would try it. Its only 2 days starting to take it need time to make better info. later.

I've been using this product together with Nu U Nutrition's Platinum Series Omega 3 fish oil for about two weeks now to help with recently diagnosed arthritic hips. I chose these products based on existing customer reviews, and the list of contained ingredients. There are cheaper products available, but I wanted a quality product with high glucosamine content, and the other beneficial ingredients of chondroitin, MSM, curcumin and zinc. Added vitamin C is also a bonus, as literature I've read recommends a higher dose of vitamin C than that contained in most multi-vitamin tablets.It's early days yet, as I believe it can take up to three months to start seeing the benefits of these products, but early signs are good - the combination of these products with a good multi-vitamin and regular hydro-therapy are starting to show signs of improvement in terms of pain and range of movement in my hips. In short, I was looking for a good quality product at a reasonable price, and I believe I've found one.
