It's perfect. Just bought a new bed, ant the pillow just added that little extra comfort I was looking for.

Very poor quality!
The item is advertised as offering firm support for back and side sleeping. I was incredibly disappointed when on arrival I discovered the pillow is not firm at all! On opening the package it did bounce into a nice shape, but when putting pressure on it (or placing my head on it) it was not firm at all and did not offer any support. I returned the item.

Rubbish
I was expecting a pillow that will provide some kind of support. This gives you 0. It's also super flat making your neck scream after about 5 mins of lying on it. Returned it the next day - avoid. Unless you like pancakes for pillows.

Silk covered pocket sprung pillow,will order another,very comfy and hasn’t flattened.

Very comfy pillow for me. I have cervical spine issues and this pillow is worth the money paid. Very supportive where needed and an overall great pillow .

Good Night Sleep
I love this pillow. I'm a side sleeper with constant neck pain. Zero pain since I started using this! It's soft but supportive.This works much better than a memory foam pillow or a feather pillow.
