Sleeves shrunk up - Quickly pills (probably gentle wash/dry only)
This was a big bummer for me. First wear out of the bag, it was amazing. Hood is lined with outer fabric which demonstrated quality to me, and the inside is soft and cozy. Over time the sleeves shrunk up (at least 3cm or 4cm), so I can't wear it with a short sleeve t-shirt because the cuffs slide upwards. Also it pilled not long after buying it. Maybe it requires delicate wash/dry? The company had excellent customer service so I gave it two more stars.

Small sizes
Lovely hoodie, cotton not fleece, bought for a 16yr old, returned the small as it was short in the arms and body length, recommend the medium as they come up small. Happy with the medium perfect fit. fast delivery, great seller xx
