Easy to use. Performs well. Encourages fat loss. This item is a winner. I purchased this to use under my weighted hula hoop and it has been a game changer! I used this under my hula hoop for 30 minutes a day for around a week and there is already a noticeable different in my waist. It’s comfortable whilst also supporting your back and cinching in your waist. I ordered a XL (I am UK18-20 for reference) this is generously sized on me. Great value for money and does make you sweat!

Very good , long lasting had this belt over a year , thickness is great not uncomfortable can wear it for hours without pain.

Worth every penny , comfortable easy to Workout in (avoid when doing crunches due only due to restriction around diaphragm) . But for weights is fabulous. My posture is better . I feel supported but I can bend easily . Overall it’s a product worth using everytime you work out . Also I tend to wear it whenever I wish due to its flexibility. Does it make my waist smaller ... well I feel only old fashioned exercise will attain that . But it trains your posture and also encourages whilst combining with exercise the waist and tummy to move in the direction you want faster . Shame about the huge ugly label though stating waist trainer .. should state that in description and shown in picture . Hence why it lost a star . Always be transparent on here sellers we do review ..!!!

I use this when I get on the exercise bike, it certainly makes me sweat more but i'm not seeing the benefits of it yet. i've used this every day for a month and at the moment no change. i am not sticking to my diet though so i've probably not helped myself. strong support and it loosened to my shape really quickly, problem area is my stomach so maybe why im not noticing any changes as yet. not giving up on it will continue to use

Great fit

I took my waist measurements as advised before ordering, fell into the XXL size bracket according to the chart. When it arrived & I tried it on, it was far too big to be effective at it's tightest it only lightly hugged against my body, it didn't pull my abdomen in or support my posture in the back. I was able to return & dropped a whole two sizes, going by my trousers waist size instead against the size guide. This time I fell into Size L category. This fit much tighter, allowed for pulling in & supporting my posture. I think it will also allow for elastic stretching over time, so I will have enough velcro area to retighten it when needed.

I’m a small size, 6-8, but this waist belt was far too small for me. Will have to return

Jag har beställt ett Larg min storlek och den passar ganska bra. Beställ en storlek större skulle jag rekommendera.

Also optisch ist das Teil ein Hinkucker. Ich habe auch andere Gürtel. Also hier werden drei Lagen gewickelt. Das bedeutet optisch macht das Teil beim Tragen erstmal nicht schlanker. Es hat jedoch einen angenehmen Tragekomfort, bin zwar ein Mann, aber was soll man tun? Das Teil ist auch in der Gesamtlänge bis zu einem gewissen Bauchumfang stabil in der Befestigung. Heißt verrutscht nicht und geht auch bei einer tiefen Bauchatmung nicht auf. Wenn dann noch Ernährung, Bewegung und die mentale Einstellung stimmen, garantiert kein Fehlkauf. Die psychologische Wirkung würde ich keinesfalls unterschätzen, wenn man statt über Kilos sich über den Bauchumfang definiert. Herr Lagerfeld hat es ja auch mit der Definition über seine Kleidergröße geschafft, ausschließlich Wohlbefinden in sein dann neues Körpergefühl zu zaubern?

Guter Gürtel mit kleinem Manko Der Bauchweggürtel erfüllt seinen Zweck wirklich gut – er formt schön, sitzt fest und unterstützt beim Training. Man merkt direkt einen Unterschied beim Tragen. Leider kratzt oder drückt der Klettverschluss manchmal am Bauch, was auf Dauer etwas unangenehm ist. Ansonsten bin ich sehr zufrieden und würde ihn trotzdem weiterempfehlen.
