Good power for its size and weight. I almost bought the compact impact from harbor freight, but theirs had a real goofy fwd/rev switch that seemed backwards to me. This one has the fwd/rev selector buttons on the sides, operate the same direction as my DeWalt cordless drills and drivers that I use a LOT, and have for years, so that muscle memory is already there; I never have to look at the controls to know if i'm going forward or reversing. Guess that wont matter to a lot of people, but its something I like.For the tiny size of this gun, it has decent power. Also have the Northern Tools 1/2" composite impact, that one is significantly heavier/larger but seems similar power. I figure this little Berkling gun will do 95% of the time, and if I come across something too stubborn just bring out the 3/4" drive monster 1700ft.lb impact. Only needed to do that once, so far.The hog ring detent was pretty stiff at first, a little tough to snap the sockets on, but its loosening up with use.Just saw what i think is an identical mini impact at Orielly yesterday, believe branded Flexzilla, so different colors, but otherwise exact same; $160 for that one there. At $99.00 here on Amazon, this is a great deal.

I'm curious if this small thing can really busted bolts as describe on it's specs, but I was disappointed, With my new air Quincy compressor,... It takes 5 to 8 second to loosen a typical 80 ft.-lb torque wheel nuts on cars...tried to break loose bolts on suspension like control arms or brake calipers over 100 ft-lb and it would not break loose. Because of it's performance, I think the price for this unit is very expensive.

this product works ok for light weight stuff. about hte heaviest thing it can do is remove lug nuts. Which is what most people may need. it is very light weight and compact.

It's a powerful little thing! It's light weight and it's comfortable, very compact to!

I had my doubts but this impact does the job very well. It seems well built. Anyone looking for a compact impact look to this one.Was used with a old Craftsman oil-less air compressor that can barely make it to 100psi.
