I am 99% satisfied with this purchase, keep reading and I'll explain that missing 1%. First of all, I ordered this wig Saturday evening and received it today, Tuesday! 😱 Secondly, the wig is so full and soft I can't take it! (I ordered the 18 in with 250% density. I love big hair and that's exactly what I got) There is minor shedding but that's to be expected with curly hair especially if you over work it. It's pre-plucked which is freaking awesome because I hate that process. I washed it and the curls are absolutely beautiful! Herein lies the "cons" for lack of better words. There was an unpleasant smell from the hair, maybe due to storage or shipping, I don't know. But I will say it was an easy fix. I soaked the wig in cool water with Cantu conditioner for a few hours and did a thorough rinse...smell was gone. Because I ordered such a full wig, securing it with just the combs is nearly impossible, so with that I added an elastic band. Problem solved. Lastly, because I'm not melanin deficient, the lace is a little light for my complexion, but that's nothing a little foundation and/or powder can't fix. I do feel this was a great purchase overall and I definitely recommend this product and seller. Hope this helps!

Well i received the hair i thought ok not bad looked a little thinbut knew my client would love and adore it. Then my client wanteda full all over color i knew it would look great so i colored it with atop of the line lightener and a 20 developer for gentle coloring andwith hopes of not destroying the curl pattern. I must say the curl patternheld its for but the hair didn't do so well with the lightener it shedding sooobad and fell out on one side i was disappointed because ive ordered hundredsof wigs and have colored most of them and have never experienced this reaction
