This Tape is Amazing!
I found it very easy to cut this material into a complex shape using an exacto knife. The insulating strength is way beyond what I expected. Having tried other materials with disappointing results, I had originally planned to use a few layers of this tape, but after applying the first layer, there was no detectable heat above the device. Very impressive.Be advised that the adhesive strength is pretty weak, so plan accordingly.

Used this as an isulation sheet for a 3d printer ...
Used this as an isulation sheet for a 3d printer hotbed. Previously the PSU could barely maintain 80C but now it can go up to 120C no issues, and heats to lower temperatures very fast.

Works well
Did not feel too tacky to the touch when installing but sticks well to the plastic surface I needed it for. Excellent heat shield.
