These work even better than I expected, and after a few months of usage, I bought another pair for the wife!We ride electric scooters fairly often, and live in a very windy state (Oklahoma). Normal volume conversations are actually possible now while riding 20-25 mph. Not only is it better to hear each other, but also better for hearing cars approaching from behind us.I even wear ear buds underneath these and can listen to music at low volume, and STILL hear cars coming up behind me better than when I'm wearing nothing at all.I hate that the price is so high, and I know this company must be making huge profits for these sales, but even still I think these are worth the money. 5 stars!

These really work! I wear hearing aids and when e-biking the wind was really annoying, these eliminate all the wind noise yet you can easily hear people talking to you. Should have gotten these long ago

These work better than anything else I have tried, such as noise canceling earbuds, cat ears, etc. But material-wise, it looks and feels like something that you would get from Dollar General for around $3. As others have said, they can be a bit snug, but I believe the tight fit is one of the reasons they do a good job at filtering wind noise. They fit over any earbuds I have tried, and I always use buds that hook around the ears.My hope is that at some point another manufacturer offers these for a more reasonable price and puts an end to the gouging, but at the end of the day these do work quite well.

Tried to invent my own figuring I'd be the only one who would find these useful. After several failed attempts, I decided to look online to see if maybe I was wrong.These are good. They perform even better than described at the low frequencies which is where I needed the most noise reduction.What's great about these is that, when riding my bike, I can hear cars coming from behind. I can also carry on a conversation with a fellow biker whether in front or behind.Couple things that made them slightly less than ideal: they were a little small and just barely for around my ears. Another .3" in diameter would have been perfect but I get that I could be the only guy with that feedback.At about 25miles they started to annoy me. They can get warm and I was never able to forget that I was wearing them like I can with my helmet.I also made a design mod that helped a ton. On the leading edge, I taped the foam so less wind entered the foam cup. What did enter was disapaited properly product. The added benefit was a slight amplification of sounds behind me which is a good thing. The product designer may want to consider molding the plastic from the frame just over the leading edge. It's quite an improvement.Last thing: they're pricey. I get that it's a niche product but I'm hoping your orders can get to the point that you can decrease your production costs.Oh - one weird thing is that, since I soaked them once with sweat, they always feel wet when I put them on now. Totally psychological, I'm sure. More just curious if it was just me or....Great product, won't ride without them.Thank you!

Ok … I’m 5’7” 165# with 15.5” neck & live near Dallas, Tx. I’m retired riding my ebike 4-5 days each week. I wear earbuds listening to music a safe low volumes. These work on me better than other things I’ve used. I did trimmed them a little to make more comfortable. Heat is not a problem. I recommend you try them to protect you hearing!!

It definitely helps cut down noise for close traffic, without jeopardizing my safety. It is a bit hot in warmer climate.Been great to have this filter from traffic noise

The reduction is not perfect, but it's certainly a lot better than nothing, and Cat Ears. Where this really wins against some other products is the ability to reduce cross winds. I wish there were better products, still, since wind noise is an issue - but so far this is the best I have tried (including Wind Blox products as well)

I love to ride my bike and listen to music or podcasts or audiobooks. The problem is that the wind noise makes it nearly impossible to hear anything. Certainly podcasts and audiobook have been out of the question. What I noticed was that if I held my hands up in front of my ears the problem would stop. Of course I could not bike continually like that. So I started thinking about inventing a headband with little plastic covers for my ears. Before embarking on that expensive path I did some searches and was excited to see that this product existed.When they arrived I was underwhelmed. They were "once size fits all" which is another way of saying they can't be adjusted in any way. I put them on my head and they felt a little tighter than I would like (adult man) but didn't press my AirPods into my ears.When I took them out for a long bike ride today I was astonished at how well they worked. Wind noise was cut down by 90% such that it was easy to listen to an audiobook at normal volume. They are still slightly tighter than I would like but they were not uncomfortable, and I plan to wear them every time I bike now.As for the price, it's easy for someone to complain that $36 is "too much" for a little piece of plastic with two puffy wind covers. But things like this aren't priced based on their manufacturing cost. They're priced based on how users value them. Given how these things now make it possible for me to enjoy music and audiobooks while I bike daily, I view it as a fantastic deal, and am very happy.
