(here is the bottom of the ingredients list. If you don't like to read, it says Made without soy ingredients but may have traces because it's Made where they use soy): Made without dairy or soy ingredients, tree nuts, added sugars, filler ingredients, nor artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives. Manufactured in a facility that also processes egg. milk, soy, wheat, fish and tree nuts. May contain traces of soy due to agricultural practices.

What do you usually mix this product with to drink.....I saw a couple of you mentioned almond milk and ice but I was wondering about other 'recipies'?

Before I purchased, I saw a lot of people saying they didn't like the flavor or it didn't mix well. After reading lots of comments and reviews, I noticed that customers that used a blender or vitamix, etc. to blend it well, all really liked it and didn't have issues with it not blending well. Since following that advice, I really like it. I use the vanilla and chocolate flavors on a daily basis. I make smoothies with it at least once per day, (usually for breakfast), once in a while I will make it twice in a day (breakfast & lunch), with a healthy meal for dinner. In my vitamix, I put 10 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of raw meal, 2 bananas, and 2 handfuls of ice- it makes it thicker, creamier like a milkshake. Another way I make it in my vitamix- 10 oz unsweetened almond milk, 1 scoop of raw meal, 1-2 cups of frozen fruit (sometimes I use just blueberries, or just strawberries, or sometimes mixed berries, really any of your favorite fruits.) I highly recommend it. It keeps me full longer, less snacking throughout the day. It's a great way to get lots of healthy superfoods, etc. in a quick and easy meal on busy mornings.

If I purchase large and replace one meal a day how long will this last me?

The Serving Size for Raw Organic Meal is 1 scoop, and the Large Raw Organic Meal canister contains approximately 28 Servings, so if you replace one meal a day the Large canister should last you about 28 days. The list is rather endless. I don't see the word "whey" anywhere on the info. Satisfies hunger, provides energy. 20 vitamin code--vitamins and minerals. provides at least 100% daily value of 16 key nutrients including 80 mcg RAW MK-7. 34g protein, 16g Fiber, 7g Fat. Live Probiotics and Enzymes. Vegan--Gluten Free-Dairy Free.We've not used it for over a long period yet, but I can tell you that it satisfies hunger...and can take the place of 1 meal/day. I do see that it contains coconut tree nuts. Contains no filler ingredients, artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or preservatives. But there is an endless list of other things. Hope that helps.
