Used for powdered gushers
This stuff is strong—in a good way. I only used a few drops in sugar and it gave the perfect raspberry flavor without being fake or chemical-y. I also added it to Gushers candy and it really popped. A little definitely goes a long way so the bottle will last. This is a must-have if you like to make sweets at home.

Good flavor, is colored.
I was not aware it was a colored flavoring but it's for lolipops for gifts and home so not a deal breaker. I was worried it was going to be "strong" so I only used 1/2 teaspoon in my lollipops recipe (makes 18) I will use 1 teaspoon next time. Good flavor. I only use sugar and cream of tartar for my lolipops so I'm not sure how the flavor would be with sugar and corn syrup/honey lolipops.

Delicious flavoring for whatever you want!
This is a great, just like the 'real thing', raspberry flavor!!! I use it for giving plain water some oomph and joy!! That helps me drink more water that is without an artificial taste like many other flavorings do!! It's much cheaper than buying 'manufactured' raspberry flavored water!!

Good for medicinal syrups
I often need this flavoring when making a metronidazole (flagyl) syrup for puppies with giardia. I learned that raspberry flavoring hid the awful taste of the medication the most effectively. Let me tell you it is bad!! The puppies taste the sweetness of the syrup and the flavoring camouflages the nastiness of the medication enough that they love it! I will be buying a bigger bottle :)

Propylene glycol is the first ingredient.
CDC says: Propylene glycol is used by the chemical, food, and pharmaceutical industries as an antifreeze when leakage might lead to contact with food. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has classified propylene glycol as an additive that is "generally recognized as safe" for use in food. It can cause allergic reactions in some. The flavors are great and do not fade. I used in making flavored Truffles. They were divine, but it concerned me to be using antifreeze in my Christmas Treats!

It smells and tastes like medicine
It smells like medicine. There is a slight raspberry taste, but it even tastes a bit like medicine.

Great flavor!!!
Great flavor! I have purchased this several times, I use it for my White Chocolate Raspberry cake! It adds a great bright flavor! Doesn't takes artificial like other raspberry flavorings I've tried! This size bottle was just enough for an 8 inch and 10 inch 2 tiered cake, using about 1-2 tsps per batch of batter, would need 2 bottles for anything larger than that!
