I recently bought a nice wooden vanity for the ex-wife that puts up with me. Unfortunately the vanity did not come with a vanity chair or seat. I priced vanity seats, stools, & chairs and found them to be very expensive or failing to meet the dimensions needed for for this vanity that she was now so proud of ...So, we already had a couple of very nice old wooden table chairs with built in cloth covered cushions, but these chairs were both too tall and also did not have wheels of any kind. However, they did fit the needed width and depth dimensions for a possible nice looking vanity chair. What was needed was to shorten the chair by cutting the legs off evenly and locating and purchasing a nice set of roller casters to install in the legs of the chair.Casters can be overly expensive as well. But, I located this set of casters sold at an excellent price and found these roller casters simple and easy to install, as well as nicely attractive.The bottom line is, the ex-wife now has a nice wooden vanity with a vanity chair that glides around on the carpet in our bedroom (yeah, she still puts up with me) like a dream, because these roller casters are an excellent buy, great quality, at a good price. I have 3 dogs and wood floors so I use a shop vac instead of a regular sweeper. My shop vac does not roll very well with those cheep plastic wheels and then once there is hair in them they don't roll at all and you are basically dragging it, which scratches the floor and puts a lot of strain on the hose. I bought a set of casters that I had recently purchased for my office chair and they were to big. I didn't look at the shop vac before hand. I searched and searched on Amazon for a set that fit my needs and came across these. Now I don't need decorative casters on a shop vac, but the size and type was right so I ordered them. Not only did they come very quickly, but they are awesome!! A little snug to put in but that is a good thing that is how they are supposed to be. My shop vac rolls so smoothly that I have to watch myself because it hits me in the back of the ankle if I pull with to much force. It maneuvers around corners and obstacles with ease. I wish I would have bought these years ago!

I inherited this antique dry sink (with 100 layers of paint) and decided to try to restore her to her former beauty. It was missing the wheels so I crossed my fingers and ordered these. What a perfect fit I didn't even need to use the screws!

This "ultimately" turned out to be exactly what I needed but it took a while to get there. While the product description is quite clear about telling us what drill bit size we SHOULDN'T use it does not go on to say the drill bit size we DO need. I should not have had to dig down into the Q&A to find the answer. It would be nice if it was added to the product description or include instructions in the package, so, 3 stars overall but 5 stars for Easy-to-install, Sturdiness and Value-for-Money. BTW it takes a 23/64th inch drill bit. Hope this helps.
