Q: Can this item be used to flavor Brandy? If so, at what measurement?

You can buy pear flavored brandy that is pretty tasty. If you're looking to make a large volume like a punch or gluug, I would use the pre-flavored brandy. Monin syrups are helpful to have to make a variety of individual cocktails. I find them to be on the extreme sweet side. Use sparingly or to taste as you would a simple syrup.

Q: Has anyone tried this in their coffee?

I wouldn't recommend this in coffee. It works better in mixed drinks, mocktails etc. The pear flavor would definitely overpower the coffee.

Q: Does this pear syrup taste like the IKEA pear drink?

We bought it to use with Soda Streamer to taste like the pear drinks from the machines in Moscow in the Gumm department store. Thanks for the tip about Ikea.
