Melatonin is melatonin. I like this Swanson brand because unlike most of the rest of their product line and most other supplements, there are only two ingredients: Melatonin and rice flour.No microcrystalline cellulose or magnesium stearate or any other junk.My only complaint is that I wish they would make a 5 mg version for when I need more oomph, but they do make a 3 mg version so I can take 1 of those and 2 of these. A 5 mg version would be cheaper and easier.

I got because of low dosage as medical research recommends take on occasion, and try low dosage. Also recommended by Consumer Labs, the reason I chose this brand. I found it helped go into deeper sleep, but only take when I want to sleep in or worried might not sleep well, like at a hotel.

I tried out different doses of melatonin until I found this one. I’ve never gone back to any other brand or mg of melatonin. This helps!

Good quality and price

I didnt look at the mg. thought it was 10 mg but its only 1mg my mistake now i will hav to take 10 of them a night because thats what i'm use to taking

Appreciated the quick processing as well a follow-up email from this company. They care about the customer experience. Very impressed. Have not tried the melatonin yet, but was glad to be able to get this low dose (I believe it's the lowest) to try it out.

Lowers blood pressure . My husband no longer takes prescription for high blood pressure.
