New Star Foodservice | Restaurant-Grade Beverage Tumblers (Blue (Set of 12), 20 oz)

I purchased these glasses to replace some my mother had had for many years that had begun to leak. We didn't even know if these were even made anymore. Very happy to find them!

My want and need for these was simple, for a very important reason. I’m making a life with a view to best possible choices for the environment. Disposable plastic cups are a ridiculous waste of money and are bad for the environment, even if recyclable.These cups are perfect. The purple color is nice, a slightly opaque, light purple. The color is much nicer than the provided picture appears. These are sturdy, easily gripped, and dishwasher safe.The price is great! One time use cups are easily and economically replaced in one or two would be purchases. The removal of plastic from the recycle bins, from the dumps, is just good sense, and these are just as easy to keep around and easily shelved in stacks.Five stars! Thumbs up! Perfect!

Wish I hadn't bought them; too late to send back for refund. I bought two sizes: 20 ounce and 9.5 ounce. I thought they would have been exactly what I was looking for, but I am very disappointed in the quality. It's just my husband and myself using these, so they aren't being abused. I wash them top rack only, NO heated dry although if they were a quality product there should be no reason why I shouldn't be able to. I like to put lemon or lime in my water, but if you look in the photo, you can see the unsightly marring where the plastic was eaten up by just one use of lemon or lime in the water. It makes the tumblers look like they are dirty. Several of the tumblers have cracks even though I can't remember a single one that ever fell. Why the tumblers are cracked is a complete mystery to me. I would not buy these again and, in good conscience I cannot recommend these for purchase. I wish I could get my money back but it's too late.

The cups are the same as the one I have which is great, but one came cracked which wasn't so great.

Update July 22, 2020: crap. Absolutely crap. From 11 tumblers, I am now down to TWO!!! All have cracks. My best guess is that they are NOT dishwasher safe because the cracks appear from no where. One cracked while getting ice from the ice dispenser!!original review 5 stars - July 9, 2020: Tumblers are excellent! I ordered these for nostalgia and durability, but mostly just because I remember them in a pizza place I loved.Arrived quickly. The package was a paper bubble mailer. Two cups are sadly unusable. The cups are stacked in 2 sets of six and the bottom two cups in one stack were jammed together and the bottom one split on three side. I’m going to try to break away the broken one to save the good one.

If you're looking for the pizzeria-style or cafeteria tumblers these are close, but not quite as good. The plastic isn't as thick and the lip of the cups is almost sharp. Not to the point you're going to slice your lip open, but it's necessarily comfortable. They're good enough for everyday use but I wouldn't serve a guest with these.

All of my red glasses were either walking off or got holes in them or just broke they were so old. My kitchen has red accents & these are what I wanted. Grea size for any drink. Sturdy & easy to hold also go in the dishwasher without melting

I didn't need these cups. I have more cups that I know what to do with, honestly. But I was apparently having some nostalgia for Pizza Hut (there's not one around me, and I haven't been to one in years) and decided to see if I could find the cups they use there. Lo and behold, here they are! They're the same cups they use at Pizza Hut restaurants, and they're hitting me right in the nostalgia. Durable, easy to clean, totally recognizable. Now all I need is a pebble ice maker and a greasy slice of deep dish, and I'll be all set!
