POND'S Super Light Gel Face Moisturiser, 147 g

I have bought Lacto Calamine Super Light Moisturising Gel in the past and on comparing it with this, I found Pond's Moisturising Gel far better. It has the same ingredients as Lacto Calamine one, with it only missing Vit E. Since it has niacinamide(mentioned in ingredients) and is gel based it is good for oily skin as it gets absorbed fast and does not leave behind any residue like lotions or creams. Lacto Calamine gel was very greasy(thick) upon application and the greasiness remained after quite some time but Pond's gel is very light and non greasy and quickly gets absorbed in skin in time. The fragrance is a bit strong though, it smells like perfume but since it gets quickly absorbed in the skin, the smell doesn't linger on and hence it doesn't bother me at all! They could have gone for more natural fragrance though, that could have been much better. It does not have that cooling effect which Lacto Calamine has so keep that in mind. All in all the gel is quite good and is far cheaper than other moisturising gels available in the market, I recommend it for buying!

The cream has a wonderful gel like texture, and gives a very cooling sensation when applied on the skin. It is perfect for super oily skinned people who want something very lightweight, it is not thick and greasy like other moisturizers, making it perfect for Indian summers. It's ingredients look promising and the cream is non sticky, however, it is heavily fragranced.Overall, I would recommend it if you're not allergic/ sensitive to fragrance, especially when it goes on sale, and the validity of the product is cleared since it comes beautifully sealed.

I’ve been trying different moisturizer for years and hands down this is the best budget friendly moisturizer ever. Dupe of neutrogena so get this until you can afford to restock that regularly lol. I’ve dry skin and this one hydrates my skin so well. Tip- if you mix a drop of tea tree oil while applying on face it helps w reducing acne as well. Anyways glad I found this gem I’ve been using it for over two years now.
