Perfect replacement for my TV remote. Works great.

Purchased to replace the remote that came with our FireTV after it died. It was easy to pair & does what it’s supposed to. I’d purchase again should the need arise.

Remote works great, wish it had different streaming services buttons, but not a huge deal. Can confirm it works with Insignia_NS-39DF310NA21

This was to replace the original Toshiba remote whose buttons were only intermittently working and this new one is working fine except it keeps trying to update the software but never does. Weird. Note you’ll need to connect to Alexa to link to the TV.

So Best Buy won't send me a new remote because, And Remember This, my TV was new but Under 40" so Best Buy said they wouldn't mail me a free replacement remote! So I had to buy one, and it arrived with Alexa's microphone not working. Augh!Then I went to Best Buy with my faulty remote and they gave me a 3rd remote. I drove home, put in new batteries and older batteries and as I already told you, this 3rd remote Also Didn't Work. So, now I want to buy for someone other than BestBuy because customer service and the product's remote is so poor but guess what? If you want built-in Alexa, you have to buy from Best Buy. What is my solution? To dismantle the remote and attempt a fix. I found one problem and fixed it on one remote, this fix may work for you. The casing that holds the batteries is too big so the contacts aren't engaged, I keep the back off a remote and pull the batteries back toward the negative button and Voila' it works. There is nothing wrong with the TV, I like it but it is worthless without the remote because there are no buttons on the set itself.
