This was exactly what I needed to fix my melted headlight plug connector in my TJ Wrangler. Some wires are the same gauge as the factory harness and the power wires are actually larger than OE. Just 1 of the 9 wires was a color that didn't match my harness, but was easy to figure out since it was the only one left...

2001 Jeep Cherokee Sport
Cherokees send full headlight current through the switch, which caused mine to melt (likely due to another electrical issue that I haven't tracked down yet). This was a perfect replacement, and works well. No more flickering headlights.

Fixed the headlight problem I had with my 95 Dodge Dakota
The plug I replaced had gotten hot and was shorting out causing the headlights to go out at night. The one I purchased was much better built with all copper contacts and heavier gauge wires.

Perfect OEM replacement Fit easy to install (2000 Jeep TJS)
This was perfect replacement for the OEM part. Took about 30 minutes to wire everything in. It's perfectly to the OEM switch on a 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ Sport.
