Hi this pad is quite large. It would be too large for a carry on carrier. It could fit a large rolling carrier. Check the sizing in the description then measure or carrier. Hope I helped.

Yes, they are very aborbent. I have 2 small dogs, I changed it every day. No leaking when I picked it up from the floor.
