Q: Should this sting when first applied

No. Cream should sooth not sting. Try QV cream and face wash. That worked better for me and is recommended by dermatologists

Q: Has this product got perfume in it.

There is no perfume listed on the ingredients. I'm sensitive to perfumes but not to this. Hope that helps.

Q: can it be used on your eyelids?

I use it on my eyelids as I have blepharitis and it is the only thing that has worked and I’ve tried everything over the counter and prescribed. I’ve used it twice a day for months. It has cleared up my dry skin on my eyelids and kept my blepharitis at bay. Would absolutely recommend this.
