Product came as expected. No damage to package. Product easy to open and came fully charged. Works great.

Phone works for calling but something happened to my menu display since the new battery was installed.

I was surprised to receive a battery that was described as a Rayovac battery but was actually a Ultralast battery made in China. The battery is working but I'm not expecting it to last too long. Don't understand why you are allowed to list the battery with a brand name but not supply that battery?!?

two months later, i have to order another one, this time it will be a genuine Panasonic

I ordered, I paid, They shipped, Installs easy enough. The battery arrived with only 1/3 charge. Charge complete.No further info at this time, It has only been 2 days. So far so good...
