This is so cute and works perfect! It’s not too bright and it doesn’t feel like it will break after a lot of bending.

Works good and shines a nice bright light . Replacing batteries can be a pain especially when kids forget / fall asleep and it on all night .

Waaayyyy tooo bright
I love this little light. It works as a bookmark, is flexible, can even stand by itself if you need both hands to hold the book. It is cute, light, easy to use. It is also insanely bright. Brighter than my bedside lamp. The first time I used it, I put it inside my fist and it was still bright enough to read by. Bonus: I could see all the veins in my hand. I put a piece of medical tape over the bulb and it is still too bright, but better. I can't think of a place or reason a booklight that bright would be useful, unless you're in a tent in the middle of the wilderness and you need to take a bathroom break. If you're looking for a tiny portable sun, this is your booklight. If you're looking for something to read with in the dark, you're going to have to modify this light. Get out your tape.

Cute and works

Exactly what I needed and cute
I work long mostly uneventful hours. Most people watch TV to pass the time, but I like to read. The only problem with reading at work is that most people like it dark and I can't see. This was a very inexpensive solution to the problem that keeps both my coworkers and me happy. It's so cute too. It works well as a bookmark when I'm not reading, it's thin and very flexible. I also like that the battery can be replaced when the time comes.

Short battery life
It’s very cute and my daughters love it for their night time reading in bed, but it seems to have a short battery life. It was very bright at first, then after about a week, the light is very dim. We changed the battery and it was bright again for another week, and is dim again, where my girls have to hold it right next to the words in order to see. Maybe we read too much, but I feel like the brightness should last a little longer.

My husband has always loved penguins and enjoys reading at night in bed. This little light is perfect.
