I like this cheese powder not only because it has a strong cheesy flavor, but it also mixes easily into a creamy sauce. It also is amazing sprinkled onto popcorn. And while I know it's just food coloring🙄😄, I do appreciate the rich orangey cheese color, lol.

My son loves Mac and cheese, but only from a box. I got tired of buying Annie’s boxes and wanted to see if I could make the same thing for less money. This powder cheese tastes good. I mix about a half a cup in with a pound of elbow macaroni. I use heavy cream and two eggs just to add some extra protein. I have repurchased this many times. I wish it came in a larger container.

My whole family has loved this cheese powder for years now. Hoosier Hill always delivers with the flavor and quality! When you open it up, it smells delicious. It has an almost buttery scent to go along with the cheesiness. I can't say enough good things about this stuff. It's super versatile. You can use it in just about any savory dish. It's quite forgiving if you decide to experiment with it.

I really wanted to like this but you have to add so much to get any flavor it’s not worth it by the time your done. It does have good flavor and I do like that there is no artificial colors or dyes.? Just can’t see paying so much for the amount you have to use.

I took a long shot on this product with zero peraonal reviews and zero input / minimal expectation after browsing for a replacement to the classic old *unnamed boxed* Mac n Cheese.I haven't been able to eat a bowl of boxed Mac n Cheese for a LONG time and bougie gourmet mac is great but just not the nostalgic kick I crave sometimes!When i watch others eat the boxed mac i can get pretty jealous sometimes. But eating it is just not worth the pain it brings.I am allergic to the dyes, both synthetic numbered dyes and the "natural" Annato. They give me a medium to serious migraine within minutes and my body breaks out in hives within 24 hours.I am pleased to report that this stuff is a legit substitute to fulfill the cravings. Everyone in the house bought off on it too. Being able to make it with any variety of noodles is primo too.10/10 will buy again.

This has surprisingly become a kitchen staple!When prepared the way it suggests on the packaging, it tastes exactly like Kraft mac n' cheese. Incredibly useful and a gateway for kids to try different noodle shapes and sauces.The powder also replaces the need to add unholy amounts of shredded cheese to dishes like casseroles.I look forward to trying the other flavors they have for sale!
