On The Switch You may have to go settings and adjust “Mic Monitoring”. Turn the mic volume up. It’s weird and annoying but happens with most gaming systems the first time a headset is introduced. Good luck.

Yes, Fretchell, the JBL Quantum 100 headset would work with a mobile phone or tablet. They do use a 3.5mm audio jack for audio/chat though, so your device would have to have a 3.5mm aux port or an adapter that would allow for headphone jack support. I hope this helped answer your question!
