Q: is this the "new formula" or original?

It's a new formula. However, I've not used this in some time because I do not think it did much but dry my skin out even more than expected.

Q: Why did the company change the exfoliating face wash it actually work my face. The new formula doesn’t do anything for my face.

Same. I believe they had to because the original formula used micro beads and they’re not ecologically friendly now. I really miss the original formula. This new one is basically water. It drips right off your face or scrubber

Q: What's exfoliating in this? I just used mine for the first time and there's no sand, apricot pit, microbeads, etc to scrub dead cells off.

The new one is runny like shampoo or something and the first time I used it, it broke my skin out. It has oatmeal and sea salt in it. Now The old one has microbeads in it and I've never had any problems with the old one. So I guess they change the it, I use Aveeno now.

It's gentle enough to use daily without drying your skin. If you choose to do so.
