I really liked this product but it’s so expensive!

Ok: in search of a good vegan Mac & cheese I’ve tried daiya, Annie’s gluten free vegan (the kid looking version) and this here deluxe version. Which I’ve originally given top reviews for.This beats daiya by a landslide in terms of taste (daiya tastes too chemicaly).I will agree with some of the other reviews about this tasting too buttery & herb-y. I also had problems with it not being enough sauce for a creamy texture to my liking.BUT AH-AHH I have evilly cooked up a solution.It’s expensive & wasteful but worth it:1 box of this stuff3 ;or 2 boxes of the gluten free kiddie kindAfter boiling the noodles I added my favorite unsweetened vegan milk and 2 of the powdered cheese packets then added the creamy sauce. Worked like a charm.Creamy, “cheesey” Mac & cheese complete!I won’t be totally wasteful & give those extra noodles to a family member but I’ll have to find an eBay smuggler for those powdered cheese packets for the future!Daiya looses, Annie’s Wins!

Macaroni and Cheese is good. However, it has a plain taste to it. I recommend only using half of the pasta and adding black pepper. You could also add impossible vegan meatballs. If it had more sauce Id give it 5 stars.

I saw this on Amazon, I am huge fan of Annie’s organic products and decided to try this. Finally Mac and cheese I can have being severely lactose intolerance. Very tasty and so glad I decided to give it a try!

We have been using the annies vegan mac w powder for a long time and zuka said this one was a healthier option. However, once it was cooked and I tasted it my son and I disliked it. It has a funny smell and a funny taste to go along w the smell. So sad 😞

When I first tried this, I was disappointed. Compared to their cheddar flavor that looks like Kraft, that one was WAY better. However, I didn't want to waste this.In the culinary world, a 'secret' to give mac and cheese a cheesier, aged, rustic flavor is the add a tiny drop of mustard (a little goes a LONG way). After adding a tiny amount of mustard and a generous sprinkle of garlic powder, it's SAVED!! I'll order the 'kraft-like' cheddar one from now on, but with the mustard and garlic addition this it's actually pretty tasty! Now I can enjoyably finish the bowl...

I thought this was discontinued and I am so happy it wasn't!! Best purchase of my life.

Extremely salty, could not eat.
