It’s HUGE!
The bulb is beautiful and the brightness is great —IRS just huge! THAT’S a magazine under the bulb for comparison. In the description for “size” it says “1 count,” when it should say 8” diameter. I’ve purchased regular light bulbs in this finish, by this company, before and I thought that’s what this was—a regular bulb. Nope! Its a bulb for pendant lights over a kitchen island or something. Beautiful though!!

Very neat looking bulb
My local big box store doesn't carry this shape bulb in smoke finish, so I was lucky to find it here online. The smoke finish gives the bulb a more formal look and has a higher color temperature than the amber color; which is exactly what I wanted. I don't have all the parts for my project yet, but I did fire the bulb up and it works. The bulb is a bit brighter than I had imagined, but it is dimmable. The E26 medium base threads seem to be a little off. There was a lot of resistance screwing this bulb into the socket. This product is exactly as pictured and described and arrived on my doorstep just two days after ordering.

Looks beautiful, but...
The one I received was clearly used for a while, as it had a layer of dust on it. Love it otherwise.

This bulb is HUMONGOUS!!!
If you're looking for a ginormous lightbulb, then you found a stunning one. If you're looking for a normal size retro lightbulb, then don't be surprised when this behemoth shows up at your door
