Q: I just used these nice containers today for the first time and was so upset as I already broke one. Can I order just one replacement ?

I believe so, at least when I bought mine. One of the lids cracked in the corner. I didn't remember who I ordered it from (it was awhile ago) but noticed the Zulay product looked identical so I emailed them and asked if I could purchase a lid or two. Zulay actually WAS the original company I ordered from and they gave me replacement products for free!! As per their guarantee!! I was super pleased and bought even more.

Q: What material lids are made of? are they bpa/bps free?

It says on the box bpa free, hope this helps!

Q: Can you really put these in the oven? Amazon description says you can, but the box they come in doesn't say oven-safe anywhere.

The glass container is safe to be used in the oven up to 600 degrees (without the plastic lid).

Q: Are the lids dishwasher and microwave safe?

The lids are supposed to be dishwasher and microwave safe. However... I do not use the lids in the microwave because I have a specific microwave lid that I use for everything I "nuke" and, though I have put the lids in the dishwasher, I've only put them on the top shelf. Why take chances? I LOVE this containers, btw, and will definitely buy more. Hope this helps.
