Very easy to assemble, the disc just fits onto the machine by placing it on the surface. You can get dare discs on Amazon.

Q: What is the material of the handle?

The body and handle are hard green plastic. Palm grip and handle are overlaid with soft black rubber for better grip. Unlike the air powered models in our workshop, it does not have a metal trigger plate. Using a small rocker switch instead, far less ergonomic and convenient.
