It helped my supply, but not by much. I ended up taking two capsules twice a day instead of once a day and it helped a little bit more, but I’m talking maybe 1-2oz a A difference in supply, if that.

My supply doubled after 1 week. I was trying everything to get my supply up and nothing worked. I tried fenugreek, coconut water, electrolytes, hydrating all day, stress less, pump every 2-3 hrs. And this was the only thing I saw results with. I was about to give up, I’m glad I was recommended this 3 times a day by my pediatrician.

Never noticed a difference didn't work for me

There is a little bit of an aftertaste after taking these, nothing horrible. I started this supplement the same day as starting a nutritional supplement called Majka Lactation supplement. Which is more of a nutritional supplement than a galactogoge.Today is the third day I have been taking these. I was a bit afraid after reading she of the negative reviews, but I've tried almost everything else, and after researching moringa on my own, I decided it was worth trying. I have insufficient glandular tissue, so I have never been, and will never be, able to exclusively breast feed. But I want to give my baby girl everything I can from the breast.Day 1.Nothing really to note.Day 2.I noticed that morning that I felt fuller. I breastfeed and supplement as needed with formula. As of Day 1 my six week old daughter was taking 8 to 10 oz of formula in a 24 hour period. On this day she took only 6.....It's been a week, and while she is still taking varying amounts of formula per day (everywhere from 5 to 10 oz in a day), my breasts are definitely refilling faster, and for the first time ever I pumped a full two ounces. This is the best I can hope for, and better than anything before, and any breast milk is better than none.

The taste is a little weird after the capsules sit on your tongue for a second, but they have helped me not only maintain a milk supply but improve it as well and I've been taking these for more than a week. Great quality as these were recommended by a lactation consultant. I've also noticed better skin, and my nails growing healthier too.

These supplements did not work for me at all- not even a slight improvement as claimed by others. It has been a total waste of money and more importantly time when one is trying to build their supply in the crucial initial months. I also experienced mild stomach discomfort followed by allergic reaction- redness, swelling, pricking needle sensation. I went back on the supplements after months to check if the allergic reaction was because of these supplements or not and had the same sequence with just 2 doses. God knows if this is original powder or adulterated???
