The pads stay in place fairly well. They are thick and comfortable and will save the knees.

i work in a grocery store, stocking product overnight. It's all over the place, walking, knelling, standing up again...over and over. These are the first knee pads that stayed with me all night, never had to be adjusted or reattached. They're light weight and lack features that would be nice to have for protecting the knees more- but for me, having some protection, always in place, is more important.

I really had high hopes for these. They will not stay in place. They slide down. End up pulling on them constantly.

Works great! I ordered first pair according to their measurements medium. Had to order large but the medium works for my wife. She is not a large woman by the way just order one size larger than the measurement chart shows.
