Q: Do long hairs regularly get trapped in the brush rollers of this vacuum? If so, is it easy to de-tangle? Thanks.

We have long hair and the vacum is easy to empty and untangle. Hope this helps.

Q: How many air watts please, manufacturer??

It mentions it on the box ,I don't know roughly without looking at it I'd say around 600 watts

Sorry but you made me laugh as I have a balcony, and lost my broom in very high winds, it lifted and went over the top...I would suggest that you get in contact with Russell Hobbs. They should be able to advice you, have you tried searching the model number of the hoover and filter On google?
